I can’t thank you enough for your expert guidance and services, helping us have an over-the-top family vacation together at the Valentin Imperial. The experience exceeded expectations for all of us! (Trip advisor reviews were highly positive, but those negatives ones had us worried.)
We were greeted with mimosas in a magical setting as we checked in, setting the theme of the week of self-indulgence, self-nurturing and Just Relax and Let Go. The beach was pure soft sand, inviting warm emerald waters gave us heavenly body surfing for a few days. We loved the multiple restaurant choices—each with memorable meal options—the multiple bars, the evening live music under palm trees and side theater shows. Kids loved the pool scene with swim up bars and activities. Some reviews complained of all the walking because of the resort’s layout, but we loved clocking an easy four miles every day, helping us work off our regular three course meals! (Always golf cart service available that we never said yes to) We booked several tours, some available through the resort and we availed ourselves of Delta Vacations travel agent services that gave us our desired opportunity for snorkeling off Cozumel.
Mildly disappointed to learn that the resort is owned by a Spanish family (not Mexican) and the Chef’s Garden was no longer in operation. While on the resort map, we found some garden plants labelled as choice specimens, but our concierge told us the garden had been let go in the pandemic.
Flight & shuttle connections all went smoothly. Great to all sit together in a nonstop flight and have a shuttle waiting for us when we landed in Cancun. The only challenge being the return to the winter temps of 7 degrees!
As relatively inexperienced travelers, we felt safe in your hands…so appreciate that you took time to learn about our interests and promptly responded to any questions and needs with creativity, care, and competence.

Everything was wonderful. Christmas is the highest season in Mexico, but Andre was able to find us an all-inclusive resort in Nuevo Vallarta right on the beach. Each of our four families had a family suite or a junior sweet with beach views. We had a non-stop flight leaving on December 27 with all 15 of us seated together. The food was good, location fabulous, rooms excellent and other expeditions lots of fun. Andre also encouraged us to purchase travel insurance, which we didn't use, but was a good thing to have. We will definitely use her again for other travel needs.
Thank you, Time Travels, Inc.! We loved the jungle and the beach. So glad we did both. The accommodations were top notch. We enjoyed every minute. Everything went pretty smoothly. The only downside and it wasn’t a big deal was the Kaana resort is right on the road with all the traffic noise. We were mostly out and about so again, not a big deal but somewhat annoying. The food was excellent. The scenery and birds/animals were so cool. On the island we mostly ate in town, Victoria House was so expensive on their food and rightly so. It’s an island after all. Of course being Belize we did snorkel quite a few times. Simply beautiful!! Overall I would rate this experience a 9 out of 10. Thanks for all your hard work in helping us.
